Program description
Nexivo Group LLC sends conversational text messages to business owners and prospects who have agreed to receive them. Messages include replies to your inquiries, follow-ups about Nexivo's website and digital services, letting you know when materials you asked for (such as a website mockup) have been sent by email, and scheduling calls or meetings.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from Nexivo Group LLC when you do any of the following:
- Check the text messaging consent box on a form on nexivogroup.com and submit your phone number.
- Reply to an email from Nexivo asking us to text you, or confirming your mobile number for texting.
- Send a text message to a Nexivo phone number first (for example, texting MOCKUP after we invite you to).
- Tell us during a phone call that we may text you, after we explain that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We then send a confirmation message.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@nexivogroup.com or (646) 969-3508.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
